Lavaloon
Three Lava Hounds, twenty four Balloons, and no ground pathing to get wrong.
Lavaloon is the army TH10 was balanced around and it still works, because a TH10 has two single Infernos at most and Balloons behind Hounds do not care about anything else. The Hounds eat the Air Defences, the Balloons walk a lane and level it, and the whole attack is decided in the first fifteen seconds by where you put them. There is no funnel to build and no troop that wanders off, which is why it survives at a level where most attackers are still learning to path an army.

How to run it
- 1Send all three Lava Hounds across one third of the base, spread just enough that no single Air Defence pulls two of them.
- 2Give the Hounds four seconds, then drop the Balloons in a line behind them, one lane, never a circle around the base.
- 3Rage the Balloons the moment the first pack is inside the wall, not while they are still in the air over nothing.
- 4Freeze the single Inferno as the Balloons come into its range, and hold the last Freeze for the second one.
- 5Trickle the Minions from the back once the Air Defences are down, and send the heroes into the cleared side for the leftover ground buildings.
What beats it. A base with the Air Defences pulled apart into three corners breaks the Hound pack up and the Balloons die between them. Take a ground army into that, or pick a different side and settle for two stars.
The other TH10 armies
Same camp space, different answer. Lavaloon is the one to drop when the base suits it, not the only one worth learning.
