No Town Hall 13 layouts are published yet. Every layout in the library is checked in game before it goes up, so this shelf fills as they clear, and each one arrives with a link that loads straight into your editor.

Two Scattershots, both splash, and either one can end a Hog or Balloon pack on its own. The single question worth asking about a TH13 layout is whether the two of them cover different halves of the base or the same one.
