No Town Hall 4 layouts are published yet. Every layout in the library is checked in game before it goes up, so this shelf fills as they clear, and each one arrives with a link that loads straight into your editor.

Air Defence unlocks at TH4, which is the first attack you cannot answer by moving walls. Keep it away from the outside, because a TH4 that loses its Air Defence early loses to a dozen Balloons and nothing else in the base can help.
