No Town Hall 12 layouts are published yet. Every layout in the library is checked in game before it goes up, so this shelf fills as they clear, and each one arrives with a link that loads straight into your editor.

The Town Hall becomes a defence at TH12. The Giga Tesla means the centre is no longer the safe place to hide, and it takes whatever killed it with it, so the layouts that work here bait an attacker into taking the Town Hall at the wrong moment.
