Delete your account
You can have your ClanWarden account deleted at any time, along with everything private to it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to ask
- 1. Email support@clanwarden.com from the address your account uses. That is how we confirm the request is yours, so a message from any other address will be turned down.
- 2. Put “Delete my account” in the subject.
- 3. We delete it and reply to confirm, within 30 days of the request and usually much sooner.
You do not need the app, and you do not need to be signed in, to make the request.
What is deleted
Everything that is yours alone, permanently:
- · Your email address and the account itself.
- · Every clan workspace, with the private notes, strikes, verdicts and do-not-accept entries inside them.
- · Every phone number you saved for a member. These are stored encrypted and are deleted, not anonymised.
- · Your saved player tag and your sign-in sessions.
What is not deleted, and why
Archived war results and roster snapshots stay. Those are public Clash of Clans results that we observed and store once per clan tag, shared by everyone tracking that clan. They are not personal data about you, and deleting them would erase the war history of every other leader tracking the same clan. Your name appears in them only where the game itself already makes it public.
If you want a player removed from a clan’s public page, that is a separate request. See Policies.
