Town Hall 5 in Clash of Clans
Town Hall 5 unlocks the Spell Factory and the Wizard, which together are the first attack most players build on purpose rather than by dropping whatever is in the camps. Lightning is the only spell available and it is worth far less than the Wizard, so the Laboratory is where the time should go.
